Pesquisa aponta os melhores aeroportos do Brasil

A Secretaria Nacional de Aviação Civil (SAC) do Ministério da Infraestrutura premiou, na quarta (13), os três aeroportos mais bem avaliados do Brasil, por categoria de movimentação de passageiros. Em uma escala de 1 a 5, o Aeroporto de Viracopos, em Campinas (SP), obteve a maior nota de satisfação geral (4,71) entre os terminais com capacidade para 5 a 15 milhões de pessoas ao ano. Um total de 20 aeroportos foram analisados por 81 mil viajantes em quatro pesquisas trimestrais ao longo de 2018.

O ministro do Turismo, Marcelo Álvaro Antônio, destacou a importância do Prêmio Aeroportos+Brasil, que leva em consideração a qualidade dos serviços prestados aos usuários dos aeroportos brasileiros. “Esse reconhecimento reflete o quanto o setor aéreo tem se aprimorado para alcançar os melhores níveis de competitividade na prestação de serviço aos usuários dos pequenos, médios e grandes terminais. Esse prêmio cumpre a função de gerar uma concorrência saudável, com aeroportos estimulados a oferecer excelência permanente aos viajantes”, afirmou.

Na categoria de terminais que recebem mais de 15 milhões de passageiros ao ano, Brasília (DF) obteve o melhor índice geral de satisfação (4,41). Já o Aeroporto Internacional de Manaus (AM), com pontuação 4,48, foi eleito pelos entrevistados o melhor entre os terminais que movimentam até 5 milhões de passageiros anualmente.

A Pesquisa de Satisfação do Passageiro 2018 também apontou a vencedora entre as empresas aéreas: a Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras obteve a melhor avaliação dos viajantes e também levou os prêmios de Check-in + Eficiente e de Restituição de Bagagem + Eficiente.

O Prêmio Aeroportos + Brasil é resultado das quatro rodadas trimestrais de pesquisa realizada pela Secretaria Nacional de Aviação Civil (SAC) ao longo do ano. O nível de confiança é de 95%, com margem de erro de 5%. A escolha dos vencedores foi apontada por passageiros de voos domésticos e internacionais, com base em mais de 81 mil entrevistas realizadas em 2018.
