A Audiência Pública de apresentação e discussão do diagnóstico preliminar do Plano Diretor de Mobilidade Urbana acontece nesta quarta-feira (01), às 19h, na Câmara Municipal.
No evento serão apresentados os resultados da consulta pública online realizada nos meses de fevereiro e março, que abordou três aspectos: o perfil do transporte coletivo, do ciclismo e a qualidade de vias e passeios públicos. A consulta integrou a segunda fase da elaboração do plano de mobilidade urbana.
Na primeira fase dos trabalhos, foi feito um levantamento de informações detalhadas sobre a cidade, sua rede de serviços e de infraestrutura para elaboração de diagnóstico. Essa fase envolveu a realização de 1.019 entrevistas com usuários do sistema de transporte coletivo municipal, 1.132 ciclistas, verificação in loco de 31 pontos críticos ou nós viários, medições de infraestrutura viária em mais de 50 pontos, cadastramento fotográfico e de posicionamento através de GPS da sinalização turística existente em toda Rodovia Rio/Santos, desde a divisa com Caraguatatuba até a divisa com o Estado do Rio de Janeiro, e na Rodovia Oswaldo Cruz até o pé da Serra, e de sinalizações diversas na área urbana.
Esse inventário físico de Ubatuba envolveu ainda medições das ciclovias e ciclofaixas da área urbana, levantamento e cadastramento de locais da rede de serviços públicos, de condições de infraestruturas ligadas à área da mobilidade e de outras informações junto à entidades da Prefeitura e concessionárias de serviços de transporte público.
A elaboração do plano segue o previsto na Lei 12.587, de 03 de janeiro de 2012, que instituiu as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Mobilidade Urbana e prioriza os modos coletivos e não motorizados de transporte, a integração entre esses modos de transporte e a melhoria da acessibilidade e mobilidade de pessoas, bens e cargas nas cidades brasileiras.
