Em São Sebastião, dois pescadores foram autuados por pesca ilegal na Enseada
Durante Operação no munícipio de Ilhabela, no combate a pesca irregular e predatória, Policiais Militares da Companhia de Policiamento Ambiental Marítimo do 3° Batalhão de Polícia Ambiental do Estado de São Paulo, a CIAMAR, realizaram patrulhamento marítimo pelo Rio Juqueriquere, município de Caraguatatuba, flagrando dois indivíduos, praticando pesca utilizando redes do tipo tarrafa. Após a abordagem e fiscalização, foi constatada a inexistência da Licença de Pescador, contrariando a legislação vigente.
As redes de 3 metros cada, foram imediatamente recolhidas e apreendidas para posterior destruição.
No momento da abordagem não havia pescado, gerando apenas advertência aos infratores.
Em São Sebastião, no fim de semana, os Policias da CiaMar realizaram patrulhamento pela Praia da Enseada, quando avistaram dois homens retirando do mar, duas redes de pesca do tipo “espera”.
Após a abordagem foi constatado que nenhum dos dois possuíam a carteira de pescador, contrariando a legislação vigente, sendo autuados por exercer atividade de pesca sem a devida autorização do órgão competente. O flagrante ocorreu dentro da área de zoneamento econômico e ecológico do Litoral Norte.
